We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at hello@hallelisrael.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover the return shipping.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period: If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, provided the item is in its original condition as described above.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping and will arrange a replacement or full refund. Please contact us first at hello@hallelisrael.com so we can arrange this.
Please note that our products — including shofars and other items made from natural horn — are handcrafted natural goods. Small, natural variations in color, shape, and texture are inherent to the material and are not considered defects.
Order processing: Orders are dispatched from us within 1–2 business days of purchase (we are closed on Shabbat and Jewish holidays, so orders placed just before may take up to 2 days to ship).
Delivery time: Once dispatched, estimated delivery is approximately 7–21 business days for international orders, depending on the destination country and the shipping carrier. Domestic (Israel) orders typically arrive within 1–5 business days. Please note these are estimates and actual transit times may vary due to customs or carrier delays.
